Business First, June 14, 2022 – Two health care organizations with common founders are coming together to boost population health with an influx of data. The arrangement brings together HealtheLink with Population Health Collaborative, formerly known as the P2 Collaborative. Legally, the collaboration is not a merger – Population Health Collaborative will remain a separate 501(c)(3) corporation, but all of its programs and staff will transfer over to HealtheLink.
