BUFFALO, NY, July 21, 2022 – HEALTHeLINK, the health information exchange (HIE) for Western New York, announced the promotion of Jennifer Lane, PMP/CSM to director, project management. With the organization since 2015, Lane was most recently senior manager, project management office.
Lane has more than 20 years of project management experience within IT, health care and human resources. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and member of both the national and local chapters of the Project Management Institute.
In Lane’s role with HEALTHeLINK, she guides the Project Management Office and together with colleagues across the organization, successfully implements a variety of projects from new and improved platforms to research and regulatory initiatives. She resides in Buffalo.
