HEALTHeLINK works in support of better, more-efficient care and continues to find more ways to leverage the investments made to provide even more value to the Western New York health care community. A collaboration between HEALTHeLINK, Catholic Medical Partners, P² Collaborative of Western New York, and more than 40 other health care organizations, WNY Beacon was one of 17 Beacon Communities nationwide tasked with building and strengthening local health IT infrastructure and testing innovative approaches to make measurable improvements in health, care, and cost.
